Highway 16 west of Highway 7. Any highway in this area has great Color. Lots of rain means great Fall Colors.

I lived in Arkansas early 2000's, but never went to Whitakers Pt. However, the scenery reminds me of Petit Jean Mountain. Those were some great views and waterfall.
