Spend a day at the races in Atco, NJ yesterday. My highlight of the day was meeting Tony Ferland and Crystal Dickerson in person. (Crystal's bike is the one on the top picture HERE, and Tony's is second from the top, also HERE.) They both have two of the fastest ZX-10's out there, (mid 8's in the 1/4 mile). They are both very approachable and fan friendly people, unlike some of the other so called "stars" of the sport.

I also had the pleasure to meet BenzTech (a fellow forum member on another site) and his family. I shared with him how disappointed I was at the lack of fans support, seats were nearly empty. And the lack of racers participation in what it used to be the premier dragstrip in our area. I guess too many people rather race from the comfort of their couch, (plenty of keyboard warriors in online forums claiming to have the fastest bikes), than attend and support, even as an expectator, motorcycle drag racing events.

Yeah didn't even know it was going down yesterday. Nobody hears anything anymore. But I think you need to relax a little at the keyboard racer comments. This isn't lee's drag race site this is more of a forum of guys who happen to buy a specific bike and happen to enjoy the hell out of it. What does that have to do with drag racing pros? ???? I guess you better start going to all the ford and chevy forums and start calling them out for not going to nascar racing while your at it. I've talked to tony before he has a 2013 14R in white and he loves it, says it's faster than his 10r. Don't know if you brought that up but yeah his is a very nice guy. Tiny as hell!!! I used to go all the time to atco back in the day, but when nobody rides anymore expect kids who want to fly around and wheelie thru traffic it isn't any fun going anymore to go sit by yourself during a beautiful day when you could be riding the bike instead of watching someone else racing it. But if I knew anyone who would go that would be a different situation. But as you said no one really goes anymore. But then again I don't feel I need to support drag racing when I don't drag race.

John, are you always this stupid or did you take lessons? The only reason you are here is because Lee and his other moderators DON'T ALLOW YOU to join their site, and Bikeland banned your ass.

Obviously you took my comment about keyboard warriors personally. You didn't know about the U.S. Nationals, haha! please, Atco Racetrack is practically in your backyard.

I am trying to ignore interacting here with you. So I think is better for you to stay away from my thread, remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubts.

I learned the hard way to not rely on my Kawasaki 750 triple oil pump after my first crankshaft seized. After that experience I did all my premix with racing Castor oil.

After I left the business I didn't go to races or had anything to do with bikes for 19 years. I decided to fall off the wagon after my brother died of a heart attack on his sleep. Life is too short, so I may as well die enjoying doing something I like.

Small world bud! I lived in Ceiba for a while, we had a nice house in a gated community in Fajardo we rented from Jaime Garcia. I loved the lizards and the fishing and arroz con pollo! :)) Stationed there in the late 90's I think it was. My son was a young fella! He thought the English word for water was agua till he was like 4! :)))
