I also swapped for R1 front brake calipers and had the stock rotors wave cut to shed another 1 lbs. off the front assembly. I'm still waiting for my "race only" subframe that will knock significant weight off too.
I dropped the big $$$ on a full Leo Vince ti exhaust (Evo II) and that will make the gixxer scream.

Great winter project for the months to come and just another money pit for me.

Your lucky you can do it now. Don't wait til you're an old fart. You know how everything has its season.
