Guys - Technically I guess I'm not really a new guy here since I posted some OEM ZX14R color variations I made a while ago (many months) ... but I finally just got my hands on a brand new, 0-mile white 14R from Sports Cycle in Rockingham, NC this past Saturday.

Too much riding, not enough picture taking so far , but below are a couple from the garage. The bike under cover in front of the new ZX is the bike I decided to 'settle for' last year, an '04 Honda RC51, when I really wanted a big ol' ZX! Hmm ... Well, at least now I've got what I want, and the RC will be sold soon. It was a brief run, but educational I guess.

BTW, thanks to seeing Okie's bike I've already got a set of Muzzy SS black oval dual slipons coming!

Oh, and a couple questions:

- Can anybody recommend swing arm spoils? I find super cheap ones on eBay ... are those sufficient? Or are they junky and ______ brand is the one to go for?

- Does anybody know where member Zorro might've gotten the Kawasaki decals on his fairing lowers? (see below) Looks like a 12" long decal might fit well.

I love the white '13! Black muzzy is the way to go on it too!!! For swing arm spools I am just using some cheap spools from Bike Master I found in the bike shop one day. The Kaw decal could prob be found on ebay.

For spools, I just bought the PitBull ones when I bought my stands. No complaints.

Being the sincerest form of flattery, I'm copying you Okie ... my Muzzy SS oval is out for delivery today :) ... although duals.

Welcome, I've always had black bikes, but if I were buying a new ZX14 that white would put my love for black bikes to the test. It really does look perfect.

OK I installed the new dual oval Muzzy cans, and they're too friggin' loud.

I could use some options, if anybody has any ideas ... either to quiet the Muzzy, or suggest another brand?

Thanks wfozx14! Man it really is clean and sharp looking. Kawi did a good job with it.

I put the Yosh R77's on my bike and didn't think they were that loud. That's even without the quieting baffles they include. I actually was hesitant to get rid of the stock cans as I loved the quietness of them. The looks and weight savings of the slip ons won out in the end.

They look very similar to the ones on the 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 ABS.

Kofla - Thanks, those decals sure do look right. I ended up ordering the ones jwh20 posted the eBay to, though. For all of $7.95 it's worth a shot!

Put a few miles on those muzzys and they will quiet down some.

Planning to do just that, Nasty. If the rain holds out this weekend.

Got the Muzzy's installed last night, but it was too late for pics. Didn't even start it, yet. Will post pics ASAP, tho. Not that you all haven't seen 'em before.

For me they sounded perfect. Took two days before stopped crying tears of joy.
