Can somebody post pics of how the license plate and license plate light mount that come with the undertail?

I hope someone can. I have always thought bout adding an undertail. IMO, Kaw did as good a job as could be done designing the tail for appearance though. Even the mudflap looks alright if you leave it on.

I looked into a hotbodies. Acording to the instructions, they supply 2 little angle brackets for the licence plate. You pick the spot you want the plate, drill 2 holes, and mount it. Then drill another for the led light. No spot specified by hotbodies.

Hold on to se what Will says, I think I might have heard about fitment problems with the undertail last year.

Tried one Rook and sent it back not only was there an issue with the fit,the color match sucked even on a black bike and its flimsy as hell I won't even bring up the dbl sided tape thing LOL If you get one I would get a hugger or it will get sand blasted

I have the hotbodies undertail kit installed on the 2009 6R. It was actually a good fit. I cannot say the same about their wind screens(bought 2 of those). Maybe Quality control has picked up in 09. Maybe? I can post a pic if you like?

I have the stock undertail on my 14.

The one I had on my zx10 kept cracking the side
tail fairings though and was a close color miss.

Not the same I know, but they nailed this one. Good fit.

They seem to be hit or miss on there projects.some work great and some dont fit or match very well.

Here is a Picture of my 2007 with the hot body undertail it comes with 2 90 degree brackets that you can use to attach your plate.

LOL --I replied to this back in '09 just a short time after my divorce! Glad to see hotbodies has apparently improved their product (my divorce still sucks).
