What have Gadsons results been with the new modified H2 on the drag strip?
I though new high level results would have been all over the drag world and on this site?
I haven't heard anything which is kind of surprising.

But then I don't follow drag racing so maybe those results have been coming through and I just haven't seen them...

He first posted an 8.2 at Rockingham(lousy running conditions he said). At the beginning with his extended swingarm and all.No word since. His bike however isn't the factory setup engine...well...it is...but it's NOT the same as a street issue H2(ECU setup different)Pipes. Most guys want to hear...the numbers for H2...it hasn't really been out long enough to get any real numbers...no one has it yet(except a few)and they're not talking if they DO know.

It's just that with all the hype about what the supercharged H2 can do, I thought Kawasaki as a priority would have invested and pushed Gadson to produce some really sharp numbers on the dragstrip over and over to enhance the bikes reputation which would of course translate into increased sales.
I mean you can be sure that if they had the desired results there'd be another video released showing every positive run and its results with Gadson singing the bikes praises (as he is paid to do).

I know there were some initial results but right now the silence is kind of defending...

Certainly not knocking the H2. Just throwing it out there.

I think all the bikes are spoken for so I doubt if they are worried about sales on this one.

Very dangerous game not worrying about sales for any product, no matter how good...

....the H2R...which basically is the engine that Ricky was using...that platform...it's 50K and change. They weren't gonna get very many drag guys buying a 50K bike. The real market was for the H2.That's the group they wanted to reach..the H2R was a 'showpiece' for what the H2 owners would be able to approach. And they will.Once it's started being delivered.Guhl's already got TWO ECU's to work with...an H2 and an H2R.The numbers Ricky was putting down...and has been putting down are all doable with the H2 motor.AND the H2 ECU.Street guys that bought the H2 definitely want and expect a bike that's gonna put out at least 250hp.With a flash...it'll do more than that.Stock.Remember...this bike was offered as a limited production bike. Those that saw the possibilities of it put their orders in....those that wanted to...but got stuck with the 'factory' specs of HP and such didn't.25K is NOT outlandish for this bike.At all.Everything about it is of the highest quality...lots of new technology going on.When this bike hits the streets...it's gonna be REALLY revealed just how cool and strong this bike really is.8.2 seconds...that will be history once it's out and being ridden.

I want to know how boost psi is controlled and does Rickey have the ability to adjust boost pressure?

From all I've read...the boost properties are set...by the gearing that is.It's being driven by the crank in some way...not sure how exactly...step down gears apparently(or step up)or both.I haven't read anything about being able to actually change the sc speed.I don't think you can on the H2 motor....but maybe...probably.Guhl's been working with it.We'll see. It's still kinda cloudy about exactly WHAT his motor was configured for.(although he knows).Piping...yes...H2R.But internals? Not sure what he said or didn't say about that...but his Ram Duct(s)setup is the H2 model...single Ram tube ...not the two that the H2R has. That leads me to think he has a standard H2 motor in there...but flashed by Guhl.So far anyway.Haven't read anything about gearing change or impeller speed change at all.

He said it was his H2...not 'this is my modified H2R"...modded meaning ducting change or pipe install.Which he could have done with an H2R easily.IF the airflow would allow it that is.On the H2R motor configuration. He had some H2R parts on there for sure...but I don't think the motor was an H2R setup. He said Guhl worked on the fueling...

H2 with h2r parts. He's the only person without the h2r that can buy/use h2r parts. Kaw specifically states to purchase h2r parts you must provide proof of h2r ownership. Kaw painted and specificly built this one of a kind bike for RG. I think he has total control over boost pressure. Be it electronically controlled or just spring or screw.

From the videos I've seen the SC is chain driven from behind the cylinder block. I don't know if it's driven directly from the crank or if there is an intermediate gear in there.

Could be.Things happen when yer testing the limits. It actually wouldn't surprise me one bit.Good info for kawasaki for the next generation of the H2RRRRR.If he did...this is good news...having guy of his caliber and skill blow up a bike like this. You can be he wasn't cruising at Highway speeds. Those were most likley within the first 20 feet .

Where did you hear that? Not seeing it on any forums. On the other hand there isn't any news of his track progress either maybe just because of winter but you would think the bike could be tested somewhere. Now this brings up another point there is ninjah2.org website where Guhl posted dyno graphs for the h2 and r but where did these come from? Now that the bikes are out who's going to give the first drag times?

"Where did you hear that?"....probably from the same person that said he could fry the H2 anytime anywhere. On his 14.(not dissin the 14 at all). It's a great bike.Has the fastest Drag runs probably in history for what it is...TBC

"Guhl posted dyno graphs for the h2 and r but where did these come from?"...Where do you think some of those show bikes went AFTER the shows?
