In would like to trade my current set of all black gen 2 wheels off my 2012 for a set of SE black/polished wheels. My wheels are in excellent condition, I just like the look of the SE wheels and think they would look great on my all black 2012. I would be willing to pay an extra hundred or so plus the trade.

Yes, all black looks cleaner longer I'm sure. Not like those ridiculous white wheels you see on Suzuki gxers! Bikemanusa, how did you get your SE wheels? Did you pay full retail?.

I was lucky enough to get these from someone who no longer needed them. All I can say is I got them for an awesome price. I hope you have the same luck.

Yes they will fit. Gen II wheels are a bit lighter than Gen Is.

On a side note for the OP ... At the prices on Ebay for Gen II SE wheels with free shipping, you may be just as well off money wise (by the time you pay shipping on both sets of wheels and your boot money for trade) to buy a set from there, sell your black ones, or keep them and put tires on them for track days. Just a thought.

I just looked too. Thin pickings at the moment. I looked not long ago and they were going for 200 for rears and 200-250 for a front. Right now it looks like 300 each for front or rear.
