I picked up my first ZX-14R in green and black on Wednesday.
Awesome bike - I should have bought it when I first looked at it, but I ended up with an MV Agusta F4, which I did not ride much because it was so horrendously uncomfortable. No such issue with the ZX..

I'm in Perth, Western Australia by the way.

For me, comfort is a BIG DEAL! An uncomfortable bike will sit in the garage. I always wanted a Ducati, I love the way they look, and they just have a lot of "quirks" that make them special. So a while ago I saw an ad for a Ducati Monster at a great price. I went and looked it over and it was flawless. But I sat on it for a few minutes and the owner let me run it around the block. That made up my mind, the thing was so cramped that I was in pain after 10 minutes on it. It's made for a 5'8" Italian not a 6'2" American. I decided I'd have to just admire Ducati's from a distance.

The ZX-14 is very comfortable right from the showroom. I upgraded mine to a Connie seat which is about 1" taller and added Heli-bar risers. Made good even better!

I'm sure you'll enjoy your new ZX-14. Welcome!

Looking to pick my new 2014 zx14r abs this Saturday (San Diego Ca)...blk/red. Will keep you guys posted. Pics to follow!
