Use red loctite and do it to the others. Fell out as in at the bottom of the pan? Take a magnet to the sump pan via the drain plug removed. Can't fish it out, then drop the sump pan. All it has to do is catch a ride in the air and it will bang cylinder walls, lock the chain on a sprocket, who knows, but get it out, period!
