I just can't let her go. Since I got the 14, almost 2 years ago, she has been serving commuting duty to work, one long trip to Laguna Seca and few local stints in the mountains. She has been good to me, and has to stay:

I've owned 3 ZX-11s. All purchased brand new. '90, '93, and '94. The '90 was a wheelie monster with it's shorter wheelbase, and was a blast to drive, but not very refined. The '93 and '94 were fast, refined, and smooth. I had the '94 for 15 years before I swapped for the ZX-14. Didn't have the money or space for both. This is a pic the day before I let her go...

Steven14; Sorry I missed your post. Yes, leather on top. I had to get the corbin with a backrest after I left the wife standing in a parkinglot. I could have sworn she was seated. It looked showroom new when I sold it.

By the looks of it, i'm sure it's really hard to let that go.

I still have my 92 ZX-11 original owner. Had to have the fastest production bike at the time you know. My wife rides it when we go out for nice rides and she does enjoy sporty riding. I ride it once in a while to check it out and am amazed at the huge difference there is with the newer bikes. 3 years ago I was riding the hell out of that 11, then I picked up the 06 14 I have now and been riding since with a couple track days. When I do ride the 11 its like holy crap the 14 is so much better.
