Well another good ROT ride today with a few new riders joining us for the first time, with about 39 bikes turning up.
The weather started out pretty cool and didn't improve much but at least it didn't rain.
The ride out through the mud walls was a good quick ride and the ride back up the Midlands Hwy was as boring as bat shit as usual. The trip up to Bothwell was great with the weather actually warming up a bit, 9 to degrees.
After a short stop at Bothwell it was across Hollow Tree road which currently a shit road at the moment but know one came down which is always a plus.
Then it was across Meadow Bank Dam and on to Westerway for our next stop.
From there it was strait through to Plenty and to the Salmon Ponds for lunch. The food there was good but the friendly service was a little desired.
After lunch it was back to New Norfolk and the Bush Inn for an after ride drink.
All up it was a good hassle free 179 K ride with some great rides with a usual group of great people.
