PS:- Apologies if this sounds really Stupid and Silly.

I have a long ride coming up in next 3 days {around 1200km one way} for which i am preparing since last couple of months {gear, helmet, bluetooth noise-cancellation, bags and saddles}.

At last moment, i was thinking of picking up a leather race-suit.

Thats one childhood fantasy i had, to ride on a freeway like a MotoGP racer :)

Its very tedious to wear and take-off the race-suit on your own without any one's help.

The problem i realised was that the zipper in the race-suit starts from your neck and ends just near the navel area. It hardly gives any room for you to attend the natures call like we do while wearing denim or trousers.

I know its not advisable to use the race-suit while touring but is it that difficult {especially to Pee} ???

Well, depending on the temperature you may find the suit to be kind of sweaty for a long road trip. But, if you insist, you have to unzip and take off the upper part to go wee. It's kind of a pain especially if your sweaty skin is sticking to the insides. But it can be done.

Buy a two piece suit, I have both and the two piece is the best for street riding. Tops and bottoms zip together effortlessly, very easy to hit the head. Let me know if you wear a euro size 58 and I'll give you a great deal on a one piece alpinestars if you're still thinking on going that route.

One word solution: catheter.

Condom catheter. Unfortunately, they are not nearly as reliable as just a plain old condom. But if you ride fast enough you'll have wood the whole time. problem solved.

I don't have a one piece yet but I like my 2 piece a lot. Get pants and jacket with perforations and you'll feel the cool wind passing through. I wear mine in comfort in 80° weather. Alpine Stars race leather pants look great and are very comfortable. Be realistic when you measure yourself. Too long is ok on a sportbike but definitely don't go less than your true measured waist size. I can wear a size 34 in jeans but NO WAY would I wear riding pants that small. My gut is really closer to 41" and I am so glad I got pants that fit comfortably there.

catheter sounds lil scary and uncomfortable :(. Decided to go with 2 piece suit right now. Picked up dainese leather pants and dainese leather touring jacket.
