Has anyone had any luck with the Scottoiler system to lube the chain constantly?

I'm planning a big trip and would like to know it this is worthwhile.

I don't mind lubing the chain, but then I'd need some kind of flick stand to lift the rear wheel up

Old topic. Good product. Seems like people that use them are happy with them. One concern was the mess they might cause but this was not a complaint owners had. I've never used one but if was into a lot of touring, might be a good thing to have on the bike.
