Hey guys,we are trying to find Slowninja.Anyone heard from him?This was the man who put the gen.1 on the map.Taking the gen.1 to another level with just head work,timing gears and a tune.This was just one of his recipe for the gen.1. and countless others.He did all of the work on his own bike to see if it worked before giving out the recipe.Great innovator,let's find him.Maybe he just might have a recipe for the gen.2.

Yeah Bobby,we are really looking for him.The recipe that he's got will not hurt your pocket at all.You'll have extra money for racing fuel.Less than buying a high dollar helment,way less.I did the recipe and a happy customer.Get at me and see what we can come up with.Don't mind sharing with ya,it's a night and day difference.Be prepared to get some new underwear.(lol)Really can't laugh too loud because I'm still buying underwear myself.

1bad like to be abrasive on purpose. I hear he's really a pretty likable guy. I don't know how I would have made it through the valve lash check/adjustmant without him and Hub. I'd be glad to have 1bad back as well. Another guy who tried some innovative Gen1 stuff that may also be applied to the 14r was MassZX-14. He knew how to press my buttons from time to time too but willing to let it go and always willing to share info. Every new day is good but I miss the old days.

Now as far as Kruz goes, he's having a hellish week and is a little hard to get through to. I tried but he was preocupied with his nightmare business trip from HELL ...so I'm not sure he paid much attention to my plea that he ask 1bad to call Slowninja and get him back over here. I'll try again soon. Maybe he'll read this on his semifunctional laptop.

Fair enough Rook,if this what it takes to get our legend back,then go for it.Actually,we need them all back.These were the backbones of this forum in the beginning.We need the different insights which makes our bikes that much better.Bottom line we all come together and pointed in the right direction.Besides,What's a forum without jibberish and arguments.Continue doing your part Rook.We take a lot of pride in our bikes and we need them all.

No word from Slowninja but I have heard from 1bad. No mention of any info on Slowninja or his whereabouts. I'm sure the info is out there. Probably most if not all is contained in Shane's build thread at bikeland. If it's quick and easy hp you want, you can do a lot more with NOS than you can with engine mods. I would do it all if i had the money.

BTW, 1bad has sorta mentioned that his turbo 14s are more or less beating the new 14r at the track. No surprize. Boost is going to turn the tables on displacement every time. Slowninja had some interesting ideas but if it's maximum power you are after, IDT you will get close with NA.

that's not what I told you. I told you a stock bore stock stroke built gen1 motor of mine is beating 1441 zx14r's at the track. but I ain't sharing info with these nimrods let them learn on their own pocket book.

I did tell you I'm building a turbo zx14 I think you got confused

wellll, that's even more impressive! I ASSumed it must have been a turb Gen1 that was beating a NA 14r. ...but we have NA v NA and the Gen1 is coming out ahead! This here nimrod will hand over his 08 someday if I see some hard evidence.
