I have a gen1 seat. Was gonna get it recovered and save my stock. Things change. 65.00 plus shipping. Slight scuffs on leather band. Otherwise good. Will post pictures later.

Its a 2014 ZXr so its a Genii bike so looking for gen ii eom seat. Not sure if the pre-2012 seats fits a 2013 model.

Dash...is the seat you have an eom model? Original? No mods?

Gen I OEM seats are the same on the bottom but not on the top. So, they will fit but they don't sit the same. Gen I seats are a lot easier to find and a lot cheaper. The 65 + shipping is a fair price for Blkcaspers seat and hes a good guy. Expect to pay two to three times that much for a Gen II seat.

The gen1 seat will fit a gen2. There is about a 1-2 inch gap along the sides when seat cowl is installed
As the gen2 seat is a little wider.

Blkcasper...I want to customize the seat and send it to Spencers in Florida. He told me whichever seat I get to make sure its free of tears and in good shape. I checked out the pics and could not tell if it had any tears in the cover. Hows the condition?

My original seat I had it customize at a local shop and it looks nice. Even the seat height was shorten about an inch or so. The only problem its hard as rock and my old butt can't take it on long ride due to sitting area has barely any foam. I hear spencer can add gel pad to make it more comfy. Any thoughts on that?

Seat looks good. A small scuff on side of seat and a small scratch on top of seat by band. As far as what they do with adding gel to my understanding is that they cut out a section of the stock foam and in sert some gel pads. There are also kits available to do this too. They reuse the stock seat covering as its just stapled ti underside of seat.

what does your seat look like? I was planning to get mine cut done and a hump installed like a drag seat. Id you had that done maybe we can trade? ?. Can you send pics of your seat

Thanks for the offer Blkcasper...seat is a little on the rough side. Emailed Spencer about your seat and suggested the seat cover been in shape for his alteration. With that said, I will pass.

If anyone else knows of a ZX14 2012+(GenII) EOM seat for sale please let me know.

Not a problem man. But wouldn't it be easier to just use your seat and have a new cover installed. Couldn't be that much to install new seat cover ???

I have a gen I seat for sale (now on the 1st page of this section) that is in PERFECT condition. I'm flexible on the price. I barely used it before I got a Corbin. It's been sitting in the Corbin box for ever.
