Thanks for the info. I might just try a custom nut with locktite. It seems to me that the larger diameter stock nut would keep the sprocket a little more true, and that a shorter nut would also tend to wobble less. It sounds like the custom nut should be around $80. Since I'm already getting custom axle adjusters made I might as well add a little more work.
I'm not sure if I want to run an open sprocket cover or not, I was actually thinking about spraying a little bed liner inside my sprocket cover to replace the huge sound/vibration damper that was on it.

IDT that foam pad is for sound dampening at all. It's for pressure absorbtion if the chain breaks and wraps around the sprocket. Might just fly right through the cover without it. I notice no noise with the inner damper and plate removed.

LokTiting the nut is probably a good idea if you don't have a locking mechanism but what is recommended in the SM is molybdenum paste. Pretty much the opposite of LokTite. You might have some trouble removing that nut.

If you have axle adjusters made, make sure they are really strong if they pull the wheel back as opposed to pushing like the OEM adjuster blocks. My Gilles Tooling adjusters are modded so they are supported in front by the OEM adjuster bolts. They changed the design on those. They broke on some bikes.

I'm just having titanium bolts made to fit these adjusters, can't see adding new parts unless they are as much better as I can imagine them to be. I have the same type of adjusters that you are using on my zx10, but for strength, weight, and simplicity these seem to be a better option for the 14.

Yes those will be perfectly safe and look nice. I think ProBolt had an aluminum bolt that would work. Probably Ti. That adjuster bolt is way longer than it needs to be (think it was like 45mm long) unless you have several extra chain links.
