Just wanted to share a tuning day. Here we are working on the tune for a customers brand new ZX-10. Great vid for actually showing our process. In the vid you see Nels checking the feel of the power through different ranges, then you see him smash 5th gear to redline, then we overlay the run and we make comparisons and we discuss what direction we are going. Then what we do is, I will test ride and we data log the base flash built on the dyno, and we check translation to real world data and feel. We then make trim adjustments if necesaary and check for final power and do a last run for a 'print sheet' for the customer. This particular machine makes over 182hp to the wheel and more than 80ft lbs. Revs to 14500 and crests with authority. Straight ecu flash. Stock header, cat eliminated.

Bro, that was a lot of fun! That 10R of yours sounds so clean and pulls so dang hard! I was very impressed, strong bike man! The sound of that machine cresting 13-14,000 rpm is pretty intoxicating. That girl right there has a MONSTER hiding inside her! And thank you again for letting us tune her bro, always an honor and a privilege to work on your machines. We gotta get outta town and go tear up some roads man!

I just rode one of these for the first time.
Swapped my 14R with a mates 10R for an hour while we were away riding with the boys.
Not that i am massively experienced with these but IMO the best Jap liter bike I have ridden!

The performance improvement over stock was excellent.

Carry on. If that zx10r would be tolerable (physically) for longer than ice cream rides I would buy one. Man when they uncork, they uncork!

It is actually very comfortable for ridiing distances, now that I lowered the rearsets (there are 2 sets of attachment holes in the frame) and added Helibars. I just picked up a tailbag so I can take it on an overnighter in the near future.

I recently rode one of my favorite local rides - around 300 miles round trip and was none the worse for wear.

Man I have to say I love my 10R
